The Atlantic side of the Atlantic hurricane season just started off with the development of tropical storm Bret which is in the perfect window for the Outer Banks to receive swell. Every one has been glued to forecasts to see when the swell will arrive. Unfortunately the only thing that has arrived along the banks has been scorching hot weather and freezing water temps. Guess it's time to hurry up and wait.
